Virtual Currency & Purchases Policy

1) Scope
This Policy explains optional in-app purchases and the use of virtual items in our social casino-style game(s). We do not offer real-money gambling.
2) Virtual items we offer
- Coins: in-game currency used for gameplay features (e.g., entry/plays). Coins are virtual only.
- Gems: premium virtual currency that may be used to obtain Coins, boosters, or other in-game features.
- Boosters/Power-ups (if available): virtual items that affect gameplay. Availability may vary by game mode.
Virtual items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
3) No real-world value; no redemption
- Virtual items (including Coins and Gems) have no real-world monetary value.
- They are not redeemable for cash, real currency, prizes, or anything of value.
- No withdrawals or cash-out are offered, and virtual items cannot be used for real-money gambling.
4) Optional purchases, pricing & billing
- Purchases are optional. You can play without buying virtual items (subject to gameplay rules).
- Prices are shown at purchase time and may be in NZD and/or your store account currency. Any applicable taxes (including GST where required) are handled as shown by the app store/processor.
- Payments are processed by the platform you use (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play) or our authorized payment processor. We do not store full payment card details when the platform processes the payment.
5) Delivery
Virtual items are usually delivered immediately after successful payment. If delivery is delayed, try restarting the app and checking your purchase history. If items are still missing, contact us with your order/transaction ID.
6) Refunds & chargebacks
- All sales are generally final unless required by New Zealand consumer law or granted by the platform/provider. Refund requests for app-store purchases must be submitted to the relevant store under its refund policy.
- If a refund is issued, the related virtual items may be removed or your virtual balance adjusted.
- Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in removal of virtual items, negative balances, suspension, or account termination where permitted by law.
7) Restrictions on transfers, trading & resale
- Virtual items are non-transferable: you may not gift, trade, sell, barter, or transfer them to other users or third parties.
- No resale is permitted, and any attempted external exchange (including for money or value) is prohibited and may lead to enforcement actions on your account.
8) Changes to virtual items and pricing
We may change virtual items, bundles, pricing, or promotional offers at any time, including adding, removing, or rebalancing items, to maintain gameplay and security. Store pricing and availability may vary by device, platform, and region.
